Very easy to use

Fastest, most complete search... For free! Much better than our EMRs capabilities.

We are a small private family medicine clinic where the providers do their own coding. We do not use an electronic medical record even though our practice management software has one available. It is too cumbersome and comes between the provider and patients. I use this coder in the room before checkout, and it takes very little time to select the correct code, albeit longer than ICD 9, but we can thank our government for that. Strongly recommend this app.

First found this when I was in clinicals and had to add ICD codes to my papers. Now that Im in practice I still find it useful and use it often! I love that I dont have to match the code description EXACTLY (like in our EHR). I can search skin tag and get the right code here but would never find it in my EHR because its description is hypertrophic disorder of the skin. I believe I did actually pay for this to get the ad free version just to support such a great app. Ive shared it with others when they ask how I got the right code so quickly!

This app has been great and invaluable until today. I had downloaded the free version and then purchased the upgrade in the app weeks ago. All worked well until an update of the app yesterday and my iPhone updated to 9.3 last night. Now the app is almost useless. Cant choose sides anymore and many screens are just blank. Restarting doesnt help. Please fix this previously great app!

Was using daily and a few days ago and now cant find codes. Search engine changed. Please fix back!!!

All ready used in clinic and it immediately relieved frustration. You can tell immediately that a lot of thought went to the design. Very easy to use and accurate. Highly recommend. Developer addresses issues quickly. Other apps from developer are just as useful for Attendings/residents/nurses/ students etc.
