My go to coder

We are a small private family medicine clinic where the providers do their own coding. We do not use an electronic medical record even though our practice management software has one available. It is too cumbersome and comes between the provider and patients. I use this coder in the room before checkout, and it takes very little time to select the correct code, albeit longer than ICD 9, but we can thank our government for that. Strongly recommend this app.
