This is the BEST app for coding I have found! It is accurate and easy to use. Highly recommend !

All of S62.62_ reads "medial" when it should be "middle" pertaining to the involved phalanx.

The word "medial" actually means "at" or "near" the middle. So this was not a definition error.

This is an awesome app. I work in medical records at a nursing home, so this app is a real life/time saver when it comes to coding diagnosis on a new patient compared to flipping thru a book thats ginormous

This really helps. After a year of ICD 10 and a decent EHR Im surviving but being able to quickly find the general code Im looking for here and then take it to the book if necessary has saved hours.

This version is really a time saver and at times much better than more expensive Apps. My computer software at times fails to give me the right codes and I Can almost 100% obtain the right diagnostic codes at ICD 10 Consult. Thanks and please continue your excellent updates

Great app! Very useful. I regret to say it but coding is better than the one integrated on my office EMR. User friendly but can be better. There is room for improvement on synonyms and eponyms during search. But I have to be honest it is the best coding app I work with. Recommend !!

I use this app extensively in my job. Its very easy to use, intuitive, and offers more than any of the other apps I tried before finding this gem! I recommend it to all of my friends and colleagues and especially those who are new to coding-this app will become your best friend!! It has proven to be a sound investment and I have no worries about the upcoming changes in October--as long as Ive got my app, Im ready!!

I am a coder at an FQHC health center. I code daily. This app is simply awesome. I am learning that it can be trusted! For me, like with ANY good coder, whats important is accuracy! So, as I began to use this app I would cross check my findings with the book. Spot on! With any coding the obscure ones are the challenge! How about septate uterus? Bang! Found! Doctor writes "failure to descend" Bang! High head. We all know the challenge of finding the hard ones in the index. Sometimes the index is useless! This app is a remarkable tool to find the hard codes. I highly recommend this app! The price was NO problem. My only request is to be able to organize my favorites into categories for easy reference.

This is hands down the easiest and best tool Ive used to help with ICD-10 coding! I will be using this as a tool to help train the staff. Everything I could possibly ask for out of an app for coding and then some!

This app carries on the tradition from the ICD 9 version, of being very straightforward easy to use and accurate in the details. I have nothing negative to say about this product. I use it every day.

Bar none, the best coding app Ive ever used! A must have for every office.

I am a solo general surgeon and do all my own coding for year. Used ICDMeister for many years which was great ICD 9 program. It was discontinued with ICD 10. I bought 3 other ICD 10 apps but none came close to this one. Ads non obtrusive. Saves favorites. Easier than fooling with code books. Great search function. Use in office, hospital, and OR. Now I wish somebody would come out with decent CPT APP!
